Some answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Will this work for my type of business?

Absolutely! Whilst not every platform is suitable for every business, there will be the right fit for yours and it’s down to us to discover which that is.

We will spend time talking to you to ensure that we are targeting your perfect customer in the best place to find them.

Will this generate leads?

Whilst we do not consider social media marketing to be a lead generation tool, we will be increasing your online profile, establishing your online presence and presenting you as an expert in your industry, all of these things combined will direct more traffic to your website which in turn will create leads.

Of course as the old adage goes “you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make it drink”, if your website is not user friendly or is losing you sales we will advise and can offer a fix should this be required.

How do I get started?

We will have an initial meeting (either in person or via Skype) to establish your requirements and the right package for you.

We will then email you a formal quote for you to agree to.

Is there a minimum contract?

We have no minimum contract however we do ask that you give us 3-6 months in order to see results. As our aim is to build your presence, grow your followers and gain trust, this cannot happen overnight!

How long before we can start?

This all depends on you and your ability to provide the initial information required for us to get started.

Do we need to be involved?

Yes, definitely! This is your company, we are not there in the office with you day to day. We will need you to tell us things that are happening in the business (your wins etc), any office anniversaries of birthdays and let us know if you support any local teams or are involved in community organisations.

All of this information establishes you as people, and as we know, people buy from people not businesses.

We will also ask, where possible for you to create videos for us to use in marketing – don’t worry, we don’t expect you to hire a videographer, a simple 30sec-1 minute iPhone video will work for this!

What will you be posting?

We post a mix of sales posts, general news & industry specific posts. We will also share your office news. Our team post content that either informs, entertains, or inspires your target customer.

How often do you post?

Depending on the platform and the agreed, personalised terms we will post between 1-5 times per day.

Do you answer business questions?

Whilst we are managing the accounts and doing you daily engagements, we will not answer any business questions without your approval or input.

How much does it cost?

Each package is suited to you, our client. Our packages range between £400 – £1,000 per month. We will assist you in determining what works best for your budget.

Do I need an advertising budget?

Though an advertising budget is not needed, we would recommend one. An advertising budget allows us to quickly leverage the data that Facebook, Twitter, and Google has on your target audience and to reach thousands of people for a very low cost. Without advertising, this process will take months. With advertising, the process can take just hours.

Can you set up our accounts?

No problem! We can create your accounts, provide you with the login details and ensure that your brand message is consistent across the platforms.
